Extensive refurbishment and expansion of Santa Maria College’s chapel, alongside extensive landscaping. This project required a precise approach to minimise disruptions in a live school environment. Careful planning included weekly communication, designated access routes, and scheduling of noisy tasks outside of school hours and exam times. Hazardous materials were safely removed on weekends, ensuring a smooth, safe project with minimal impact on students and staff.
