Our core team is extremely knowledgeable with significant experience in commercial building, construction, fit-outs, shopfitting, estimation and project management.
We also have a team of highly qualified foreman and leading hand tradespeople, alongside our trusted group of sub-contractors. The building construction team are integral in delivering our projects on site.

Steve Baxter
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in both building and service-based projects. His extensive project management expertise and practical problem-solving skills have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous complex and technical builds. Steve’s leadership fosters a collaborative team environment and drives continuous growth and innovation within the company, ensuring Baxter Projects remains adaptable and forward-thinking.
Red Singh
Red is a dedicated Estimator with a strong understanding of construction methodology, cost planning, and project analysis. He plays a crucial role in the early stages of each project, providing accurate and detailed cost estimates that support informed decision-making. Red’s attention to detail, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach ensure competitive and realistic pricing, contributing to the overall success of project delivery.
Dan Haycox
Dan is a highly experienced Project Manager with nearly three decades in the commercial construction industry, covering new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments. With a well-rounded background that includes both on-site and off-site roles, he brings deep industry knowledge and strong leadership to every project. Dan’s exceptional ability to manage multiple disciplines ensures projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
Miki Tomaskovic
Miki is a skilled Project Manager with years’ worth of experience in the construction industry. Known for building strong relationships with clients, Miki focuses on their needs and works collaboratively to ensure projects stay within budget while exceeding expectations. With a talent for problem-solving and a proactive approach, Miki effectively coordinates with teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.

With over a decade of industry experience, George brings a strong mix of practical knowledge and formal training to every project. George’s approachable nature and clear communication style enable him to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors alike. Whether working collaboratively within a team or independently, he consistently delivers high-quality outcomes with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

Ashleigh plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business as Office Administrator and Finance Manager. She brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both the site and project teams. Ashleigh manages financial processes, coordinates office activities, and ensures smooth communication across all areas of the business. Her reliability and efficiency make her an essential part of the team’s success.
