Our core team is extremely knowledgeable with significant experience in commercial building, construction, fit-outs, shopfitting, estimation and project management.

We also have a team of highly qualified foreman and leading hand tradespeople, alongside our trusted group of sub-contractors. The building construction team are integral in delivering our projects on site.

Steve Baxter

With 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Steve’s significant building and service-based background enables him to deliver on highly technical and complex projects. His years of project management experience, paired with his ability to problem- solve, has facilitated many successful project deliveries. With the ability to draw on the strength of his team, Steve regularly encourages company development allowing Baxter Projects to continuously evolve.

Matt Plank

As the Lead Estimator and Project Manager, Matt brings dynamic expertise to the construction industry. His role involves delivering excellence across all project facets, from initial estimation to final completion. With a passion for collaborative support, Matt excels in organisational and communication abilities, effectively engaging multiple stakeholders.

Morgan Cross

Morgan’s attention to detail and organisational abilities arises from an extensive background in logistics and management. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from tender to completion. He excels at his role within Baxter Projects due to his determination to meet and exceed objectives. Morgan’s communication skills, technical knowledge, positive nature and strong work ethic are paramount to business operations.

Dan Haycox

Dan is a highly capable and experienced Project Manager with 29 years of commercial industry experience in construction, fit-out and refurbishment. Dan is a well-rounded construction professional who has undertaken a variety of roles both onsite and offsite. He has exceptional people skills, construction knowledge and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks across required construction disciplines to make projects a success.

Miki is a skilled Project Manager with years’ worth of experience in the construction industry. Known for building strong relationships with clients, Miki focuses on their needs and works collaboratively to ensure projects stay within budget while exceeding expectations. With a talent for problem-solving and a proactive approach, Miki effectively coordinates with teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.

Shane has extensive building industry experience, making him an integral part of the team. His attention to detail, quality assurance and creativity are unrivalled. Shane’s focus on client needs and his ability to work with multiple stakeholders enables him to deliver on highly technical and complex projects.

Troy Bennett

With many years of experience in the industry, Troy demonstrates exceptional skill and a keen eye for detail on site. He ensures strict adherence to safety regulations, project specifications, and schedules. His clear and proactive communication with project managers, subcontractors, and labourers continuously results in the successful completion of numerous projects.

Dan Connolly

Dan has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry for 19 years. Starting with an apprenticeship in domestic carpentry, he quickly established himself and operated independently for five years.  Over the years, he has advanced to site foreman and project manager roles within Baxter Projects, showcasing his expertise and leadership in the field.

Belynda is a highly knowledgeable business administrator with over 7 years’ experience in the building industry. Her stringent attention to detail, organisational skills and exceptional communication ensures Baxter Projects daily business operations run efficiently. Belynda’s drive and passion for client support is paramount to the managerial team.
